These Terms contain provisions for binding arbitration and class action waivers. By using the Site, you and Jahse Skincare agree to resolve all claims through arbitration on an individual basis. This means that any disputes or claims arising from your use of the Site or related to Jahse Skincare products and services will be resolved through arbitration rather than in court. Quantity Limits: We limit orders to 30 units per product and 90 products total per order. Jahse Skincare reserves the right to impose additional limits and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery: We strive to deliver products as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraud, we may provide transaction details to a third-party verification service. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain addresses and will notify you if your order is affected.

Discounts: Jahse Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order if a promotion code or discount is deemed fraudulent or improperly obtained.

Informal Resolution: Before arbitration, both parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting each other. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration may proceed.

Arbitration Procedure: Arbitration will occur in Texas, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator may grant any remedy available in court.

Costs: Each party will bear its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator finds a claim to be frivolous.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by notifying us in writing.

By using the Site, you consent to receiving notices from us electronically, including by email or through Site postings.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jahse Skincare regarding your use of the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in Texas state or federal courts.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
